Royal Caribbean Supporting Farming in The Bahamas

0

Royal Caribbean International has donated 400 backyard farming kits to the Agricultural Development Organization (ADO), a non-profit working with government agencies and churches to enhance food security in The Bahamas. These kits are already in the hands of locals through community events that began on October 30. A second giveaway is planned for the future.

In just two years, ADO has helped create over 2,000 backyard farms across The Bahamas, involving first-time farmers and high school students. ADO is collaborating with various organizations to introduce more community farms in schools, parks, and church yards.

Royal Caribbean is dedicated to supporting The Bahamas’ economic development and its communities through initiatives like SEA the Future. This includes partnering with organizations such as ADO and contributing to community-building efforts.
