The Bahamas Public Parks and Beaches Authority is thrilled to announce a series of Free Yoga on Saturdays and Thursdays sessions at Fort Montague, commencing from April 29 to May 29, 2024. These sessions will run from 6am to 7am on Saturdays and 6pm to 7pm on Thursdays, offering participants an opportunity to embark on a journey of wellness and tranquility.

Certified Yoga Instructor Tanya Hanna will lead the sessions, guiding attendees through a series of poses and exercises aimed at enhancing physical strength, flexibility, circulation, and overall well-being. With a focus on releasing stress and promoting relaxation, these sessions are designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats and towels to ensure comfort during the sessions. The serene atmosphere of Fort Montague provides the perfect backdrop for this rejuvenating experience, allowing attendees to reconnect with themselves and nature.

In addition to the yoga sessions, complimentary fruits and water will be provided to all participants, ensuring hydration and nourishment post-session.

This initiative is open to the general public, and there is no registration fee required. However, interested individuals are encouraged to register in advance to secure their spot and to receive updates and reminders about the sessions.
