Joseph Wooten & Colours Junkanoo Group Drop New Song “Sweat”

We’re excited to share the release of “Sweat”, a brand-new Junkanoo track created through a unique cross-cultural collaboration!
Grammy Award-winning musician Joseph Wooten teamed up with the iconic Colours Junkanoo Group to produce this high-energy, soul-stirring song that captures the heartbeat of Bahamian culture.
The track was recorded during the Junkanoo in Music City summer camp held in Nashville, Tennessee, and led by Troika Hanna of the Inspire Music & Art Academy Foundation. The camp brought together Bahamian youth, seasoned musicians, and cultural leaders for a week of musical workshops, mentorship, and live studio experiences.
On the camp’s final day, students, artists, and professionals gathered at Track Studios to bring “Sweat” to life — a true celebration of sound, culture, and collaboration.
